Jake Marisnick rejoining the Astros

After the Astros 16-4 win over the Twins, A.J. Hinch shared with the media that they would be making a roster move. Michael Feliz who pitched two hitless innings to close out the team's Wednesday win would be optioned back to triple-A in favor for Jake Marisnick.

Hinch announces that Michael Feliz will be optioned to Triple-A. Jake Marisnick will be recalled.

The Houston chronicles Jake Kaplan reported that he will start in left field on Thursday in place of Colby Rasmus. So far this season Rasmus has played every game this year, so he will get a little bit of much-needed rest.

Marisnick was recently sent down in favor for Feliz on April 25th. In seven games at with the Grizzlies, he bat .185 in 27 at bats. With the major league club 12 games, he bat .100 in 10 at bats.
